Review summary

Was hesitant about a 7 day cruise and being in a confined area with so many people. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly all the lines moved. Food was better than expected. The staff at every point of the trip was extremely helpful and pleasant. The pre planning of our activities/excursions and the helpfulness of the staff made a great vacation even better.

The ship embarked a few minutes late but very smooth.

Wendy and Rodolfo are great. Great personalities and always moving. Can't beleive how many drinks they get across the bar so quickly. Definitely gone them.

Guest Services and Explorations!

5 out of 5

Visited guest services 4 times and was impressed with all they do, how well they know every aspect of what you need no matter you request. Very friendly and very fast.

Great music everywhere. Murder mystery dinner was very entertaining.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Each and every staff member we met was cheery, polite and very helpful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The Windjammer buffet areas needed a little attention. But other than that everything was very tidy.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Plenty of room for 2 people and all you gear. Bed was a little stiff but nothing that caused discomfort.

Ship tip

Get the drink and dinner package. Book everything, meals, excursions and shows as early as possible. Made our cruise troublefree.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

Boarded the ship in Galveston. The check in area is a bit of a madhouse.

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
The port area was nice and clean. Some of the excursion areas and vehicles could use some upkeep.

George Town, Grand Cayman

They do a great job with the embarkment shuttles. Quick and easy.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Had the best time at this location. So much to see and do and not enough time.

Very well organized. Got 4,200 people off the ship in just a few hours. Well orchestrated.
