Room Steward Chertan was awesome, attentive, kept us in ice, friendly. Assistant waiter, Karma was right there for everything our table of 13 needed or wanted!

Ship was clean and well maintained for the most part. There was a musty smell when we got on but it went away once we were under way.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was very nice, roomy, and excellent use of space. My only problem with the cabin was the hard mattress but I was given a 4" foam topper so perfect. The rest of the 12 family members slept fine on their mattresses.
Ship tip
Don't be in a hurry to get on the ship. If everyone boards at the same time, it gets a little chaotic.
Mr. Sanchos beach resort is great. We booked on-line prior to cruise. It is not an excursion from the ship and it gets booked quickly. They allow only a certain number in so book early.
We booked our excursion from the ship and went to swim/pet dophins and visit the Turtle Centre. Kids enjoyed. Then we had our driver drop us at Royal Palm Beach Club on Seven-Mile Beach. Seven-mile beach is the most beautiful water in the Caribbean!!!! We had been there before but had to make this stop so the rest of the family could see this beautiful beach!
We booked the Blue Water Beach excursion because it was only a ten minute ride to get there. The was was just okay and it was shallow...... only went to our waist. The water was not that pretty and the food was just okay. I would not book this again.
