Review summary

It was spring break for our daughter and her son. We enjoyed seeing all the children and families together. Since we are older we also enjoyed the adult pool and jacuzzi. Ship has plenty for young and old. First time in Jamaica. Love Grand Caymans and Cozumel, so even if you have been before, it is still fun

Loved our main dining room experience. Jane and Maylene were attentive, kind and thorough. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and lunch

We enjoyed the pool for adults and the jaquzzi. Enjoyed watching the surfers and rock climbers and basketball playing.

Shows were excellent. We also really enjoyed the movies under the stars.

Service and Staff

Injoman did a great job with our room. All the personnel we encountered were smiling, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere on the ship is upbeat.

Ship Quality

Everything was very nice. Even though it is a big ship, it was easy to get around. We are senior citizens, but had no trouble getting where we wanted to go. Love the days of the weeks in the elevators! I tend to lose track of days when on the ship and I really like this feature. Also like the beautiful glass art work.

Cabin / Stateroom

We usually get interior. We can take a nap when we want to, get up when we want to and we don’t spend much time in the room. It is definitely adequate for our purposes.

Ship tip

Even if you are older, go up to the top deck and watch the surfers. We sat and enjoyed watching that so much. Even if you don’t want to do those things, it is fun to watch.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

We have been here several times and just get a taxi to Paradise Beach. Rental for chair is $3 and all they ask you to do is buy $10 worth of food/drink. It cost us $15 one way for four in taxi. Lovely area, shade or sun and we love to snorkel by the pier. Lots of interesting fish under the pier area

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

My grandson and I did Stingray City and dolphin swim. Well worth the money.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Friends had suggested Dunn’s River Falls. We were not disappointed. My husband is 71 and overweight and made it up fine. I did not want to try the walk in the falls so I just took stairs all the way up and stopped and took pictures of them at all the observation points. We all had a great time.

It was so easy. No problems. We park st Dolphin 81 parking lot and they shuttle you right back. Getting off ship was no problem.
