Review summary

The staff is always friendly and professional on every cruise. The rooms are impeccably cleaned. The dinner staff are so hard working and always giving you VIP service. I have become a Royal Caribbean loyalist. No other cruise line will do. You have spoiled me.

This is my second cruise with the ship. It seemed like they improved on the way they embarked. The port was clean and the workers were all helpful if you had any questions. The bathrooms need to be improved. For such a large place the bathrooms were very small.

This was an exceptional suite. This will be the only way we will travel on Royal Caribbean in the future.

Ship tip

There is a certain way that is designated to disembark the ship. Royal Caribbean is working hard to accommodate everyone. Try to remain polite and don’t be in a hurry to get off the ship. Just follow the directions or ask the staff where you need to wait.

Disembarkation

Disembarking was better this time. Although there were people who refused to go where their designated areas were. They tried to get off the ship early and not with their group. RC staff handled them in a very professional manner. If your not in the proper group you will not get off when you want. Great job Royal Caribbean!
