Review summary

This was our first family cruise. We had a lot of fun just taking everything in. We even watched the character parade, even though my boys are 13 and 16 - watched from the 8th floor balcony. Good view and not crowded. Sorrento's pizza was amazing and we had a blast meeting crew members from all over the world.

We arrived early and it was so easy to get on the ship. Went right through all lines and had plenty of time to explore.

Loved everything we ate. My boys loved the fact that they could get pizza all day long. Breakfast buffet was great - loved Mr. Washy Washy the most! There was always such a variety at the buffet and dinner. Tried so many different foods.

Onboard Activities

Pools stayed pretty full but there were so many other actvities to do. We played putt putt, rode slides, boys rock climbed and played ping pong. My youngest son and I took a cupcake decorating lesson. Would recommend doing it earlier (we did ours on Saturday). We were so full from the week, we didn't really have time to enjoy our treats! My son enjoyed the gym the most. We only made it there once but he ran most mornings. Loved all of the photo sessions too. Best family pics we have ever taken!!

Captain Bob's tour was great - stingrays, snorkeling and starfish beach. Best to choose a smaller tour if visiting stingrays - you can have more interaction that way.
