I really liked it. The ship was clean and organized. The help was all very nice. I did not like the constanct selling especially when the Sale descriptions were very misleading. Not a lot of free things going on on the ship. All in all it was a nice cruise.

I personally didn't care for the online activities! Didn't seem to have that much going on. You could decorate a cupcake or watch a belly flop contest. Not a lot in between unless you wanted to spend extra $$$. Oh wait the cupcake decorating probably cost. I felt like they wanted to sell me stuff more than anything else. Upsale, upsale, upsale.

Everyone with the exception of one gentleman up by customer service was excellent, friendly and professional. When I asked a question about Manager Sale of "EVERYTHING from key chains to Fine Jewelry" being misleading since I had just bought two items at full price I was told "That is just business" ! Really???
Once again our waiters and room stewards were excellent! Just wish I would have gotten that other gentleman's name!

The cabin was big enough for two with no problem. Always kept very clean. Loved the towel animals.
Cozumel seemed very nice. I absolutely hated our snorkeling excursion. I believe it should have been cancelled. We had two stops and half of us stayed on the boat and didn't snorkel at the second stop. My sister wasn't comfortable at the first stop and asked to be taken back to the boat and they were not able to do that until we all returned to the boat. I it was called the Starfish Sanctuary & Palancar Reef Snorkel.
Very nice and clean, I really liked it. Our excursion was within walking distance of the pier at a dive shop. We snorkeled right off the beach and it was really fun. I can't remember the exact name but I really liked it.
Once again really nice, seemed clean. Our excursion was to a private beach club where we swam and ate, free drinks too. Everyone was very nice. Would recommend. I think it was called Blue Water Beach Club.
