Review summary
I really enjoyed the cruise. However, being a first time cruiser, I wasn't well informed about how things worked. I knew from others that I had to put up money, however, no one told me where or how. I finally found my statement on TV (once again not informed). Statement had gratuities listed. I didn't know that this was for (was this just tips or part of the 16% of my total bill. I just was not well informed.Embarkation
