We loved this cruise and recommend it to others. If you want to take children, there is a great swim area for small children. We didn't take our children because it was a mommy and daddy trip, but they have entertainment for children too.
Embarkation

It was easy to embark and get onto the ship!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The Specialty Restaurants were GREAT! Highly recommend to upgrade your dinner packages a few nights to enjoy all of the Specialty Restaurants. The main dinning room food was good too. Not as good as the Specialty Restaurants but was definitely good. The buffets were good too, for buffet food. The pizza place was yummy and so was Johnny Rockets!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We loved the pools, slides, hot tubs, Martini Class, etc.
Entertainment

Absolutely all of the entertainment available was excellent and unbelievable stage production for some of the shows. Top-Notch!

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was great. Some waiters were nicer than others (but could have been culture differences too), the room steward was awesome and everyone else we encountered.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I loved the ship and the cleanliness of the ship! I will definitely not go on another Carnival Cruise after experiencing a RCC cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had an interior stateroom. It was great for what it was. It was small but we knew that room would be. Otherwise, it is what we expected and everything was good!
Ship tip
Take advantage of all the activities and entertainment available. Upgrade your dinner packages!
They port was great! However, when you leave the port to go do an excursion, it is pretty eye-opening and the poverty level is very extreme. We did the Chukka Zip Lining excursion which was great.
Our children LOVED the Splashaway Bay. That's pretty much ALL we did on Liberty in June. Excited to be going back in two weeks just my mom and I! Looking forward seeing much more of the ship and having "me time!"
