Review summary

Loved the cruise with Royal Caribbean, but had bad experience with . They promised me a Specialty Dinner for two, but I didn't get it. I will certainly cruise with Royal Caribbean again but won't book through . They don't honor their promises - better to book direct with cruise line.

I don't know what you mean: "Better to book direct with cruise line." Are you saying not to book with a travel agent?
