Review summary

the ship was beautiful and well maintained. staff was great for the most part. we had trouble with my sea pass. from not working at the bars to not working at the room door. went to guest services at least 6 or 7 times. should have only been once. room for improvement. the inboard side of the bed in room was wore out. room 6420.

we sat at table 733 and our wait staff was ASHROFF and MARJANAZIZ. ECELLENT. highly recommend them. called us by name and were right on point after the first day. knowing our likes and dis likes. had trouble with one bartender that didn't seem happy to be there. Bernie was name at bar just outside on deck. had several experiences with him and he wasn't happy anytime.

I've had this problem before because my purse had a magnetic clasp. That will deactivate it also. After I went to guest services the 3rd or 4th time they finally asked me. lol

I had same problem. turned out my drivers license which I was keeping in the same holder, was deactivating my room key. once I separated them, I no longer had any problems
