Review summary
Liberty of the Seas is nice ship. Food in the dining room is decent, not great. The Windjammer is mediocre at best. The Promenade shops are nice and fun, they serve cupcakes and many types of deserts and coffee. Service onboard is excellent, thank you Teodoro.
Our room with a balcony was nice and big enough for 2. Room stewards were good.
Checking in and getting off the ship was very easy and organized. Entertainment was ok. There was one guy who was great, but his name escapes me now. He did a great rock n roll revue with a great band. Cozumel is fun for one day, we went to Paradise Beach and it was very nice. It's $18 pp including 2 drinks, or add another $15 pp for snorkeling and kayaks.

Ship tip
Bring something white for the white party. I missed that, but it didn't matter at all. Drinks can get expensive.
