Review summary
My husband and I joined five other couples for the 5-day Caribbean cruise on "Liberty of the Seas". We all sincerely enjoyed the experience. There were so many activities to choose from that each person could satisfy their own desires. Some couples took advantage of the excursions offered, while others spent their time at the spa or exploring on their own. Each night we met our friends for dinner in the Michelangelo dining room, which was a thoroughly delightful experience! The maitre d' was very attentive, and his wait staff was very well-trained. Even though our group switched seats between the two assigned tables, the waiter and his assistant remembered our individual likes. The room stewards were also very competent! Ours was very personable and did a wonderful job of attending to our needs. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip with good friends! The only thing that was not so pleasant was the disembarkation. It was slow, and there was quite a wait in long lines. As far as we could tell, this was not a Royal Caribbean problem; it seemed to be a fault of customs and immigration officials at the port.Ship experiences
