Q: How do the photographs work on the ship? I haven’t cruised in 20 years and back then they had all the photos printed off and you had to search for your pictures and decide if you wanted to buy them at that point. I saw where there is now a photo package. How does it work and is it worth the money?

Q: Can me and my boyfriend share the soda package if I only got it for myself or should we add the soda package on his too?

A: You are not supposed to share. Passengers purchasing the soda package have their keycard marked to show servers when ordering a drink. They also have a self-serve container to get their sodas at self-serve machines scattered around the ship. Passenge... rs caught sharing any beverage package can lose their package without any reimbursement for days missed. Also remember on RCCL cruises you can bring one 12 pack of sodas aboard with you.See More

A: Go to Royal Caribbean blog and click on "cruise compasses" at top of page. They have a lot of them from past cruises. Choose one for the same cruise you're going on (for example, "7-night western Caribbean"). It should give you an idea about times... of shows, things to do, etc.See More

Q: We just booked an interior promenade view room on Liberty of the Seas. I mistakenly booked a connecting room. Since it is only me and husband cruising without family, can the door to the connecting room be locked?

A: Yes, the connecting rooms are locking. You actually have to get a stateroom attendant to unlock it for you when it is desired for families or people cruising together. So you are just fine!
Answered by jacmac on August 29, 2022
A: It will be locked … we had one in may & never heard neighbors
Answered by sassy1969 on August 31, 2022
A: Yes, it will be locked. We try not to book connecting rooms due to noise, but sometimes a towel on the floor at the door threshold can muffle sound from your neighbor if they're noisy. Enjoy your cruise 🛳 !

A: On Royal Caribbean, the pictures (8x10) are 19.99 a piece. You get 1 free 8x10 per person if you are Diamond and above. You can purchase a cruise package before you cruise for $100 for 20 (8x10) pictures. They have other specials on board too.

A: No, they are on Royal Caribbean's list of prohibited items. On there list coffee makers are consider "hot plates". My in-laws have tried several times. Out of four cruises they were only able to get it past security once and that was back in 2015.... Alot has changed since then.See More
