Yes, they do. FYI, if you take 2 or more trips per year it may better to buy Annual Trip Insurance from some place like Allianz or Travelguard. Just do an internet search for Annual Travel Insurance and you'll get some sites that will give you free quotes. Someone turned me onto this a few years ago, and we've saved hundreds each year.
