Review summary

We love Holland America but this was a subpar cruise for them.

The worst I have ever experienced. It took three hours or one long line after another, without proper ventilation, or access to,services.

The food was good. However there were two times in the main dining room where I didn’t get a plate of food. The buffets were so understaffed by the time you got through a line your food was cold. Also tartar sauce, ketchup, and other condiments were hard to find. Butter was at a ration as well.
