great cruise, ship was beautiful crew was outstanding. We have never seen a cruise director less then we seen Nick on this cruise. It seemed that he was not ready for the job, unable to put out the little fires that came up

we had an announcement at 7:50 that we were 10 min ahead, then no other announcement. our time was at 8:15, next was 8:25, and so on by 8:35 you could not move no one knew what was going on when Nick the Cruise Director was ask he would not offer any information, or make an announcements to lets us know what was going on. The next announceement was at 8:47 for my group to disembark

I was on this exact cruise and felt Nick was very approachable and full of information. He made many announcements and never did I feel uninformed. He was fantastic and friendly. Great job.
