Trays seemed thrown together. Food was blah. Items that were listed on the menu were often missing. Items such as cream for coffee and salt & pepper were often missing

I tried the in-room dining one evening and really enjoyed a club sandwich and a cheese plate. The food was delivered promptly and the server was quite friendly and helpful.
