No. There is no multi-story central promenade on Jewel or other Radiance class ships, so there are no interior cabins with a window. These kind of cabins are found on Voyager and Freedom class ships.

the closest thing to that on Jewel will be the Centrum, but that's more along the lines of a small, multistory atrium than what you're describing. You pretty much need to be on one of the big Oasis-class ships to have that interior balcony.

No. Jewel of the Seas does not have a Promenade.

The Jewel of the Seas is a beautiful ship, but no promenade or Central park. Lots of windows. Was on it twice to the Caribbean and Mediterranean.
