Review summary

Great ship and great service, but seriously bad food! We paid the $39 to dine at Sabatini’s and it was horrible. When I complained about the fishy soggy lobster tail, I was met with indifference and failed humor. We are loyal Princess cruisers at Elite level, but we are now rethinking for future cruises.

Hi! No refund, not even a response/apology from Princess. Super disappointed with them! But just booked on the Sky transatlantic cruise in November. Excited and hope it’s better, although we’re through with the Crown Grill and Sabatini’s. 🤓

We are Elite on Princess also. Not big fans of the most recent version of Sabatini's menu but on a longer cruise we sometimes need a change from the MDR. Have been underwhelmed by our last few Sabatini's experiences and think we will give it a break for a while. I hope you received a full refund. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Appalling lack of customer service, quite unlike Princess.
