Review summary

This ship was late arriving from dry dock. It was not a good start to the cruise, we are very unhappy with how we were compensated by princess. We missed Aruba and staff were overwhelmed and unhappy. And thus ends my loyalty to princess.

We sailed with them many years ago. We did our honeymoon with them and then our 25th anniversary was the Panama cruise. There were a lot of problems with the actual cruise, but it was the follow up customer care that really decided it. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean and it was very good. Holland America was also a very good experience. I know Carnival owns Both Princess and Holland America. I think I'd like to pay a bit extra next time and try Celebrity.

How many princess cruises have you been on? I’m not currently happy with rccl and I haven’t even cruised yet. I will still give them another chance though. I loved princess and will gladly sail with them again.
