Overall good cruise

Sail Date: February 01, 2013

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship is ten years old. Will go out of service June 2013. Wonderful design of ship. Hope the replacement ships are as nice. An upgrade to better bedding would make me want to take another cruise on this ship. My quess is that it will be sold to some third-world country and used as a ferry boat. Too bad.

Pros: Smaller ship than I have used in past. Quiet and relaxing.

Cons: Beds were terrible.

Recommends Island Princess? Yes!

Some of the best evening shows in the theatre that I have seen on a cruise.
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Poor mattresses. Sheets and blankets were nice.
Food and Dining
Ship Quality
Outside maintenance is lacking because of decommissioning in June 2013
