Most of the time it’s fairly easy. If you can make sure your in the green line with the medallion App. That will speed it it up quite a bit. We experienced some delay in San Francisco because the port authority didn’t set the gangway correctly and had to be re-set causing a delay. That was hardly the cruise lines fault and the ship still left on time. If you’re green lane you just need to show your passport and proof of a negative Covid test and you can board.

With the medallion it’s really easy. Just got back from there Saturday off the Caribbean Princess.
