1) Google is your friend... lol2) Yes the Independence went through the RCL "Amp" upgrade prior to the covid shutdown, and pause of the Amp- upgrades of RCL ships.Ive been on the Independence a few times for short cruises, and have had a nice time. Is it my favorite ship? Nope.. But for an easy weekend cruise its fine. It all depends on what YOU like to do on cruising? Me? I MUCH prefer the Oasis class ships by a long shot!!

The Indy is going into dry dock for maintenance sometime in January, coming out 13 Feb.
