deciding is personal. As for quality, it works great since Starlink is on every Royal Caribbean ship.

kinda depends if you want to spend a lot of money staring at your phone rather than enjoying your cruise, I wouldn't myself but that's a personal choice as I think it actually ruins the experience..older systems were always very slow, newer systems like Starlink are a lot better but I personally don't think it's worth the money when you can get free Wifi in most ports or even McDonald's.

All RCCL ships I’ve been on had relatively good wifi. Better than NCL ships I’ve been on.
