Review summary

When RCCL had to cancel our 4 day Bahamas cruise on Mariner, they offered for us to sail on a 3 day on Harmony for no extra charge, and we still received a future cruise credit which was awesome. We had a wonderful time on Harmony and plan to sail on her again in the future.

We had been switched from Mariner to Harmony due to Hurricane Dorian. They only had me listed as a guest, and not my aunt who was also on Mariner with me. Only took about 10 minutes to get that cleared up though, so not too bad

The food in the MDR was great for breakfast and dinner. The food in the windjammer was hit or miss. All desserts were great.

Onboard Activities

The Aqua theater shows are a must. Absolutely wonderful. The performers are very talented athletes.

The ice show was great. It was more than I expected.

Service and Staff

I have never encountered any bad servers or staff on any cruise. They are always friendly and helpful. I had 1 incident with guest services when I was trying to explain that I had pre-paid gratuities on the Mariner. The staff member offered to remove all of the charges, but I asked her not too. I was not trying to not pay them. Was then informed that I was to be refunded what I had prepaid after I got home. All worked out in the end

Our cabin was wonderful. Plenty of space and storage for 2 people. Balcony was a good size.
