Never again on Harmony of the Seas--way too many passengers, not-so-good food in main dining room, extremely loud music, shows were of little interest for the older generation ( 75+) plus activities were geared toward the "under 40" crowd.

Review summary

After sailing on several of your ships, we were very disappointed with Harmony. The food was just average ( except for Chops). It is just too big and nothing to interest the 80+ age group. We'll try to find a line that caters more to the "senior citizen." Your medical facilities were really appreciated and used by Helen Hohlstein because of a bacterial infection. From the third day on I was too ill to really enjoy the cruise which also made the cruise not enjoyable for my 87-yr old husband. We really would have liked to give a higher rating.

Ship tip

The bath tubs were extremely narrow and curved (much like an egg) and very dangerous for those over 65 to stand.

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten Did not visit port

I was becoming ill and could not walk very far.

Celebrity will not disappoint the senior crowd.

Try carnival!! We are younger and not party animals and we rather enjoyed our two Carnival Cruises so much more than our cruise on Harmony, The food was better and it varied every night, room service was free and more variety all I wanted for breakfast was bagel with cream cheese and coffee and they did not have a single bit of cream cheese, which I thought was so strange. And there were less uptight people! I would try Carnival next time you will be glad you did 🙄🙄🙄
