Review summary

It was fantastic as my first cruise. Plan on buying a beverage package or two. You Evian bottle water package and at least the soda package. The non-alcoholic package would have let me enjoy all the freshly juiced fruit and vegetable drinks from vitality spa cafe. Of course, if you drink alcohol, get that package also. Plan to spend $500 per person with your on board account

If you book excursions off the ship, you can save a lot of money.. Going through the cruise will be more expensive.

You do not have to spend 500. Just got off a 7 night cruise, and we spent 200 total for 3 people. Mainly on drinks and bingo

I book private excursions, pre buy the drink package, don’t do specialty dining. My average bill on a 7 day cruise is $75 or so.

Hi can you give me examples of like what I would have to spend $500 per person on? Just gathering information to be prepared. I’m sailing with 16 other people in a few weeks.
