Confusing and unorganized. Passengers being dropped off for next cruise at same time we were leaving.

Main Dinning was excellent and Johnny Rocket's was also a good experience. Albert and Victor were wonderful and Ritesh at Johnny Rocket's was very welcoming.

Room Steward was lazy. No bags in garbage cans until last night, had to request clean sheets and Room service menu did not appear until last night. Large portion of bedskirt was torn and never repaired.

I agree. The larger the ship the more people and we felt service wasn't as personal.

I prefer the larger ships (although I’ve never been on the Harmony - yet) but I know a lot of people who prefer the smaller ships.

I like the mega ships with RCCL but some people find there sweet spot with either the freedom class or Voyager class ships.

Everyone is different! I prefer the mega ships, but that is me. I like the activity and all the stuff to do.

Another great Eastern Caribbean cruise on Harmony!!

First cruise with Royal, had a great time. There are plenty things to do on this ship. Planning another cruise for next year.
