We enjoyed our cruise and look forward to doing it again sometime. But I would prefer a non-smoking ship with more comfortable, quiet places to sit and relax. The music on our ship was way too loud for us most of the time.

Didn't eat in any of the specialty restaurants and only limited alcohol drinks but what we had was good. The staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful.

We didn't take advantage of the activities. The pools were too crowded and noisy for us.

The stage show was amazing. The other musicians were good, too. We didn't go to the other main stage performances. We enjoyed watching the movie in the theater, though.

Ship Quality

Too many smoking areas outside. I had to walk through smokers while walking laps on the deck and no places to sit outside for non-smokers. The casino smoke bled into the lobby area and you had to walk through the casino to get to the other side of the ship. It was also hard to find comfortable, quiet places to relax.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was 8537 and was very comfortable overall but one of the beds was lumpy and needed extra padding which our cabin mate got for us. We loved having the window. The negatives were the little flies coming out of the sink drain. There was a lot of noise all night long the first night. It sounded like chairs being dragged and carts being rolled over a rough surface. I complained the next day and the last 3 nights were much quieter.
Ship tip
Be prepared for loud music everywhere except outside. Also, the smoke was very heavy. Few quiet places for reading, etc.
The disembarkation for Cozumel was easy since we didn't leave until 10:30 am. The final disembarkation took about 40 minutes or so but was well organized.
