My room smelled! There were mats in my bathroom! My room was very small, considering the amount of guests I had with me!

Some of the staff were very rude & they put unauthorized charges on my card, and they did not refund me my money when I specifically went to the guest services desk twice and asked them to please remove the automatic gratuity!

Next time book a larger room. Also research the ships. Grandeur is one of the oldest in the fleet.

Shame you were seasick, but that is no reason to give embarkation and debarkation one star. Doesn't make sense. All ship cabins are small. You let your sea sickness affect all your reviews. Although you should not be charged for things you didn't get.
