My room smelled! There were mats in my bathroom! My room was very small, considering the amount of guests I had with me!

Some of the staff were very rude & they put unauthorized charges on my card, and they did not refund me my money when I specifically went to the guest services desk twice and asked them to please remove the automatic gratuity!
