Review summary

We had so many problems that it was not enjoyable. Will not be cruising with Royal again.

They lost record of my mother being on board. My sisters and I got through with not problem. They had to have people come down and fix the issue. We thought this would be the worst of our problems on this trip. But it was just the tip of the iceberg.

My mothers drink package was lost. It was not added to her sea card. The rest of the people in the room had it in their card. It was not brought to her attention until she had a few drinks and was charged for all of them, even though we all have the deluxe package. They eventually resolved this issue but it took a few visits to customer service and multiple people to fix.
