Review summary
I was very disappointed in how some of the staff treating me and my husband. I was very disappointed in the casino, that they would charge 5% to obtain a ticket when its their own policy to be a cash free cruise. My husband was in a power w/c and was denied access the the w/c designated elevator while trying to exit the cruise on the last day.Embarkation
