This ended up being a great cruise. We had an itinerary change due to Hurricane Florence, but were notified in advance in case we wanted to decline the trip. The cruise line offered amazing compensation for the inconvenience. It was small enough of a ship that my mom could get around with a walker. The food was top notch in the dining room, as was the nightly show. Our waiters in the dining room were great. really, the staff was friendly, energetic, and positive. Best cruise I've been on yet.

The main dining room had top notch food that we enjoyed very much. A wide range of options and everything was simply awesome...except the pasta for some reason. High end food! Best of the four cruises I've been on so far.

They had some odd choices of daytime activities, like wellness seminars on staying young, etc., but there was plenty to do in the evenings.

The staff worked hard to make everyone comfortable and happy. The trip was extended for 4 days due to a hurricane yet no staff member exhibited any outward annoyance or negativity...which could not be said for all passengers, so they (the staff) were exceptional.

Smaller and older but still very nice. Perfect for an older traveler who would not have been able to traverse a larger ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Great room. And the cabin steward, Jason, was awesome. He cleaned several times a day and made the bed, even after naps throughout the day! I did not expect that. Was sad that we only had 2 towel animals, though..:-( otherwise, awesome!
