Review summary

My husband and I had a great time on this cruise. It was his first and he enjoyed it. The movies poolside was a nice touch. I had previously read that the staff try and sell you the specialty restaurants and they do. However, it happened to use 3 or 4 times then that was it. We would definitely go again.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was good, better in the buffet than the MDR. We did not go to the specialty restaurants. The oatmeal cookies in the buffet was delicious!!!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pool was nice. The staff worked hard to get everyone involved. The games around the pool were fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We didn't make it to any of the shows but the comedy and the music band was nice. The Love and Marriage game was entertaining.

Children's Programs

We did not have children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Out waiters were very attentive. The room steward was nice. I would have liked more towels animals, we had two, he did a good job.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It's an old ship but very clean. Appreciated the cleanliness of the public restrooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was very small. It was suppose to be the large interior cabin however it was just the two of us so it suited our needs. The shower is TINY!!!. The shower curtain kept attacking me, not a nice feeling.

Ship tip

A cruise is what you make it. This is an older ship and it doesn't have too many activities; however if you want to have a good time you will.

Ports of call

Baltimore, Maryland

5 out of 5
Very convenient and nice.

King's Wharf, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Extremely hot!! I wish there was more to do at the Port. There isn't much to do on your own. We didn't reserve an excursion so we toured one day and stayed on the ship the next.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
It went smoothly.
