Review summary

Was a good experience and fun trip. The one annoying problem was the pushing of buying specialty dinners. Once would be enough to say NO but this continued until day 4.

Quick to get on the ship. Had little time to sit after check in.

Food and Dining

Food was fine; some repetitive meals in the Windjammer. Drinks were not consistent in bars and between bartenders at the same bar. I had an old fashion on the pool deck and my second one was completely different and not very good either.

Onboard Activities

Only participated in some trivia games.

Entertainment

Only went to the show on the first night. Others did not appeal to me.

Teen child did not participate in the teen's program.

Service and Staff

Service was good. Staff was attentive. Too many interruptions by staff trying to sell dinner packages at the restaurants. That became annoying after the 10th interruption within an hour on the first day and at each meal.

Ship Quality

Some restrooms were dirty; needed cleaning. Restocking of paper products needed in some women's restrooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

Great cabin size. The balcony was large and perfect for the family of 7 adults and one teen.

Ship tip

Check your account. A $50 on board credit was put on an account that had a zero balance which became a -$50 account and useless. I asked the desk services manager that the on board credit be put on another account of someone in the suite that actually had a balance and this was done with no problem.
