Review summary
Bermuda was beautiful! Loved the scenery, the people. Horseshoe Bay was great! I was not happy that both shore excursions were cancelled, and that the painting sessions also were cancelled. This trip was selected mainly because of the painting sessions with Brush Strokes - this company backed out after the trip was booked, we were offered a full refund but we decided to stick with the trip. I was not happy with the bar service, I ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri and received a Pina Colada had to wait for the correct drink (main pool bar, not full at the time I ordered my drink). I received a shot of Jack Daniels in a dirty shot glass, again asked for a new drink (bar in the casino). Also had trouble with drinks in the Great Gatsby, being told the can of coke I received on our first day was a mistake, so when I tried to order drinks the next night a glass of ice to go with the can of coke, I received a glass of ice and a glass of coke (no I did not trust myself to pour the coke into the glass of ice without making a mess). the next time we went to the Great Gatsby for dinner, we received our starters before our drink order was taken. I did not feel welcomed in this dinning area nor was I treated as a special person. When I ate in the Windjammer the crew kept taking my silver ware and napkin away while I was up getting more food, I learned that I had to wait for a crew member to come by to tell them directly not to clear my table. This was my first cruise and probably my last. I have no intention of booking another trip with Royal Caribbean!

Ship tip
Let the early risers know where to find coffee. I was disappointed that no one could tell me where to find coffee. As I did stop a crew member to ask at 5 am, his reply was the Windjammer opens at 6:30 am - I wake up early and need coffee
