Review summary

My favorite part of the cruise - for the regular cruising (my daughter got married on the cruise, so that was my favorite part, but thats not the norm, so i wont talk about that) was the time in Bermuda. The ship docked where it was easy to get to beaches and shopping and other parts of Bermuda. It was beautiful.  The Segway excursion was fun and took us to places to get pictures of hte America's cup you cant get from buses etc.
The ship was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There were lots of activities but i didnt do most of them as i had so many friends on board. Some friends did each of them and enjoyed the activities, but i visited so i cant speak to them.

My 2 complaints are this: the shows were set such that with one showing only of the show you either had to leave early from first dinner (which several of our group did, missing dessert or rushing thorugh dinner) or be late to second seating. (i think - i didnt get to most of the shows cause i wasnt going to be rushed, so i think they ended after 2nd seating). they need to fix this (suggest 2 shows, one at start of first seating and one at start of second seating - so you could go to dinner and show or show and then dinner.)
second complaint is that the food, while plentiful was just meh. None of us were thrilled with it. I've been on 8 other cruises and the food was better on all of them. it wasnt bad. just wasnt something i was thrilled with.
would i go on this cruise again? yes i would. i would maybe do more upscale dining. and to my time so i can see the shows. the ship is older but nice and the destination of bermuda is great. i do recommend it but be aware of the food - though some say it was better last year, so maybe it'll get better again!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
there was some really fun stuff and some that again cost $ - other than casino. should be more free stuff. but there was stuff to do, including laze in the sun

Entertainment

1 out of 5
the one show i saw seemed to have talented performers so i enjoyed it, but the actual show was just ok. the adult shows seem to feel that cussing is funny. cussing is funny if used as part of a joke, not as the joke. so some is gratuitious and some is funny.

Ship Quality

its clean but i found it confusing to get around at first. its an older ship but its clean and nice. but clearly older. but the conveience is worth it!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
My only problem with the cabin is we were concierge and never really told when concierge activities were. on another cruise line every day we got a list if concierge goings on.

Ship tip

bring money - they were tryng to upsell a lot - dinner every night we heard about the upsell meat/seafod more than the food. the food should not be your goal on this boat though. make sure you have them note when you return towels and check your bill - we got charged for 4. only took 2 and returne

My Time Dining allows you more more flexibility to get to the shows and dinner is not dragged on for hours.
