Review summary

My favorite part of the cruise was nightly entertainment in the Palladium theater and late night dance and music program in the Centrum. Andre made it more exciting. He has abundant amount of energy and enthusiasm and is able to engage everyone in the activity. He did a better job than Paul , during first two days when Paul was away.

Dinner time at Great Gatsby was a pleasant experience. Everyone attending to us (at our table ) went out of their to make it great.

Food in the Windjammer was as we had expected (like an assembly line).

There was lot of variety of Indian food on two days only but most of the preparations were made South Indian style, with same type of spices and tomato gravy. Other days, there was may be one Indian dish but made in the same South Indian style. We found out that the chef making those preparation was South Indian .We communicated our concerns to Yogesh, one of the newer employees in the Windjammer. Following day, they made couple of different style dishes which were to our liking. India has hundreds of varieties of food preparation depending on which part of India one comes from. In future, Royal Caribbean should  pay little more focus on food preferences of Indian people.

We've eaten variety of dishes (made from different parts of India) on other cruiselines.

Just food for thought.... not everyone likes Indian style food and the cruise line needs to cater to a large group of people. I have a very sensitive palate and cant eat any spicy foods. If the majority of food was spicy, it would eliminate many choices for myself and similar people. Just remember it's a cruise with generalized options at mealtime, not a personally catered vacation.
