Review summary

The Grandeur of the Seas offers excellent service.  The rooms are immaculately kept and the dinner service is top-notch.  I would like a little more variety in the menus both in the Great Gatsby and the Windjammer.  The Broadway type shows in the theatre should be shown after the late dinner seating as well as before.    And we never saw the aerial show in the Centrium.  That needs better description in the Compass.  The Captain was very personable and was everywhere interacting with the passengers.  Very enjoyable cruise.

Fantastic care and cleanliness. Always smiling and asking what we were doing and if he could help.

Ship tip

Plan your excursions and drink packages before sailing so you can relax and not wait at customer service. Loved the pre-planning available.

I live here but the Cruise Terminal was fast, friendly, and helpful. The handicap parking spaces should be closer to the door. My husband was using a cane and we had to park down from the door.

So much to do. Would be nice to have a shuttle on that long cement docking pier for handicapped individuals.

Not that I know of on the smaller ships. I've only seen it on the larger ships that have the Broadway shows

We have been told that one must make reservations for the evening shows. Is that correct?
