-and i've been on a lot of them--princess, ncl, costa magica none could compare to rc. we asked for two pillows--we got them, when serving lobster we were done and he bought us out another lobster! that's service.Pros: everyone was so wonderful--royal carribbean was the best ship i ever sailed on
