We waited 2 1/2 hours in line to board and the computers shut down so we had to wait even longer. The pool area is very crowded because it is so small. I contacted before the trip to arrange some things and they told me they were taken care of and when we boarded the ship we found out that those things were never taken care of and I contacted them after the trip and they basically said there's nothing they can do; don't use ....very unhelpful. Our service in the main dining area was fantastic but the service in the buffet area was terrible; the servers complained about their job to their coworkers and one girl just looked miserable. The housekeeping service was also very good. The excursion was a waste of money and was terrible...the pictures shown in the description were nothing like the actual experience; the leaders just wanted to get it over with and rushed through it. Bermuda is a beautiful place, though and I highly recommend it.

The excursion was a complete waste; we tried to eat a late dinner at the port but the kitchens close somewhat early. The people are amazing in Bermuda; they are very helpful and just appreciate when visitors are friendly with them.

Pros: Bermuda, service in main dining room, housekeeping service

Cons: Priceline service, boarding/deboarding, peaceful experience

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.
