The bathroom was dirty and the bed in our cabin had large dents in it, that caused me to have terrible body aches. I was forced to use the massage service that cost me a whopping $175. I informed Jocelyn (Cust. Service Mngr.) about the problem. The only accommodation I received was a mattress change.

smallest cabin we have ever stayed in. while it was a bit shocking at first site ...to be quite honest after putting all of our stuff away we had a great time. i brought extra hooks and kept things in order and actually everything was great . there are no electrical outlets in bathroom....the icky cloth shower curtains need updating read what is included ....we being new to royal carribean had no idea how limited our stateroom ammenities would be ...no hair conditioner ?? body lotion ?? they should be ashamed
