Review summary

We did alaske cruise for my wifes 50th birthday. Ship on a whole was fantastic and made some brilliat friends. We loved the afternoon tea. Had an issue with our room with no hot water for 3 days. Guest services were a bit slow aboutvdoing anything but on 3rd day they moved us to a balcony and gave us some obc.
