The ship was older and some parts seemed a little dirty.... the elevators were kind of slow and seemed like we were always waiting or would end up taking the stairs...

Agree elevators are slow, but think Grand is not bad for a 20 year old boat. We’re on her again, to Hawaii this time, next April

I've been on the Grand twice already, and will be going on it again soon. The Grand is an older ship, and supposed to be leaving the fleet in 2020.
