A onboard show in the Vista lounge was spoiled by the fact that your personal allowed other passengers to stand in front of seated patrons causing an unenjoyable experience! The capacity of the room was truly exceeded. Should have been seated patrons only!

Looking from the back of the boat toward the front: Left = port = even numbers (remember 4 letters in left & port) Right = starboard = odd numbers

When we were aboard the Grand in October ‘16, hallway carpets had more red in the design on the port side and more green on the starboard. That, with cabin numbering, helped us navigate.

Last I was on NCL they had a fish design in the carpet and the fish were swimming toward the front.

Thank you that really helps a lot! I have gone the wrong direction several times now I'll check the Cabin numbers

If the cabin numbers are getting larger you are headed aft...if they are growing smaller you are heading forward...the ship has odd numbers on one side and even on the other ...at each elevator bank there is an image of the Grand Lady with a you are here mark...and if confused there are normally passengers and crew willing to offer assistance

On Royal I believe they Mark with feet going toward the front so that you always know which part of the ship you're going toward I don't know if princess does anything like that. I'm sailing on her in July I hope so cuz sometimes when you're in the inside it is confusing which one is aft and which one is forward
