Review summary

This was my second time on the Grand for the most part it was good. The crew was great and the entertainment was top notch. The ship was clean the only issue we had was a door that was broken on deck 7 right below out room so everytime someone went through it the door would slam shut and that happened all day and night for 3 full days. I was ready to change rooms but was told there were none available. Sleep was impossible and being in the room was just miserable. I went and took pictures of door and spoke to one of the management and in a few hours they had it fixed. Overall it was still a great 10 day cruise to Alaska and i will cruise again with Princess on March 26th 2018
