Grand Princess is Truly GRAND

Room Type: Balcony

We were shocked on how quickly the embarkation was - Carnival could certainly learn from Princess - the food was outstanding. The response to our issues were handled efficiently and quickly. We have no complaints whatsoever about our cruise. My husband and I were both extremely pleased with Princes - so much so we booked our next cruise with them while still on the ship. I would suggest Princess to anyone that is looking for a slightly quieter ship and one that does not make you feel as though you are on a ship with 3,000 + people. They do a very good job of spreading you out. There is so much to do on this ship within so many different ranges of taste I don't know how anyone could be unhappy. The spa is wonderful and the adult pool that was located on our deck was a definite plus. We had anytime dining, our first time with this experience, and now I think we will always go with anytime. If is so nice to choose when you want to go to either of the two dining rooms.

Pros: Service, Food and Room

Cons: nothing

Recommends Grand Princess? Yes!

George Town, Grand Cayman
Went to Grape Beach - nice.
Cozumel, Mexico
We went to Passion Beach - this is such a beautiful beach - they are very friendly and a great ride to get there. I would definitely do this one again. This is the beach where the Corona commercials are filmed.
Don't Miss: Passion Beach and Shopping

We went to Sandals on our excursion and it was fun but next year we will just go on shore for a little shopping and if we can find an excursion to the Blue Mountains we will do this (recommended by a local). Sandals tells you that you have free food and drink but when you get there it is one restaurant at a certain time and we never did get a drink. Won't do this again. The pool was nice - we went to a pool on the side not the main pool and had it to ourselves.
