Overall, a very fun cruise. You get to spend a lot of time on board the ship since it's four days to get to the islands and four days to get back. The only downsides were not being able to spend a whole lot of time at each port, and also I do think the ship could have used a design update. But everything was clean and orderly.

Food and Dining

There were so many options, from the main dining room to the buffet, to the steak house, the wine bar, the little coffee shop with pastries and such... I gained at least 15 pounds on this cruise.
Onboard Activities

I spent most of my time in the pools, which were great.

Service and Staff

Excellent service! Our cabin was always immaculate, and any waiters or staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. I especially loved getting a little chocolate cake and a card delivered to our stateroom on my birthday. Such a cute touch!
Ship Quality

The layout was great, easy to navigate, and all common areas were clean and well-maintained. I do think that the ship could use a refresh in decor, however, as it is quite dated inside.

The cabin was clean and well-maintained. For an inside cabin, it didn't feel claustrophobic at all.
Ship tip
Try to get a cabin toward the center of the ship. Not too low a deck, but not too high either. All the shops and cafes and stuff are toward the center of the ship, and then you can take an easy elevator ride up to the pool deck.
In Hilo, we decided to visit the botanical gardens. Only downside was the port was about 5 miles away from the gardens and we thought walking it would be no big deal. I recommend getting a cab for sure.
Honolulu was great. Very touristy, but lots to see, including the international market place. Lots of opportunities to shop, if you're into that. We also went to the aquarium, which was pretty decent. Not as good as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, but not bad.
Kauai was my favorite port! We rented a convertible Mustang and drove all around the island, seeing Waimea Canyon, and a coffee plantation. It's amazing how the scenery changes from lush green to dry volcanic soil depending on which side of the island you're on. I definitely recommend renting a car and exploring.
Beautiful island with lots of shopping immediately outside the port. We rented a car in Maui also and drove around the perimeter of the island, lots of lush landscape to see.
This place was okay. Lots of shopping and food immediately outside the port. We were able to buy bus tickets to the blowhole for fairly cheap, which was a nice excursion.
