Review summary

Should have been a fun cruise but unfortunately my husband collapsed the first morning at 3 am. The medical team came in a hurry and 5 drs nurses were just wonderful. They checked on my hubby over the next 3 days and we felt well taken care of.

The first time in over 20 years we had a Stewart that was not willing to spoil us. We were so disappointed. The first day we handed him $60 and he disappeared. We asked for the daily activity template and he told us to get it ourself at the front desk. We had to use the phone to get ice or anything we needed. At the last day he knocked on our door and would not leave until my hubby gave him $20. (3 day cruise) Never ever did we experience some behavior like this.

Ship tip

That was our 4 th time on the Freedom. Expect that the ship is worn out.

Very disappointing. I would have reported his behavior. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come. Try to enjoy your cruising.
