Review summary

Our Dining Room experience was one of two of the best. The only ship that could compare was the Empress of the Seas. Our Waiter and Asst Waiter were the best ever. We had my time dining which was perfect for cruising .. highly recommend this program. They work with us to make sure we had the same waiters each night even though we were not at the same table. You have to speak with the reservation clerk the evening before to comfirm your time and request for the same waiter.

Food was exceptional. however I which they would continue to add new items to the menus\, I travelled in July and the menu seems to be the same as it was in then and previously in 2009.

Although we did not attend any entertainment.. we did go to activities that were wonderful also the cruises director staff was exceptional.

Other than the Bar staff..which we found a problem with in July also.

Very clean and I noticed the room stewards cleaning halls ways regularly\, wiping hand rails and walls.

even though our room was interior it was adequate for our needs and service was great.

Pros: The great attention to customer care

Cons: generally slow bar service it took 5 to 10 mins to get drinks
